Bienvenidos al sitio oficial del XV Congreso Chileno de Tecnología Médica, organizado por el Colegio de Tecnólogos Médicos de Chile y que se realizará en la ciudad de Santiago de Chile del 15 al 17 de Julio de 2010.

Esta es, la actividad científica mas importante que reúne a los profesionales Tecnólogos Médicos del país, donde además de compartir nuestras experiencias en investigación básica y clínica, aprovecharemos de discutir el presente y futuro de nuestra profesión. En esta oportunidad, desarrollaremos símultáneamente al Congreso dos importantes eventos; El V Encuentro Panamericano de Tecnólogos Médicos y la II Jornada de Atención Primaria en Salud.

El programa científico de los tres eventos, abordara la investigación y el desarrollo de nuevas tecnologías, que ayudan en la prevención, diagnostico, tratamiento y recuperación de la salud. En las conferencias transversales del Congreso, analizaremos las enfermedades con mayor prevalencia, con una mirada integral a través las diferentes especialidades de la Tecnología Médica y poniendo como centro de nuestra atención al paciente. El Encuentro Panamericano, será la oportunidad para tratar la formación profesional en el continente y lograr acuerdos de cooperación científica, clínica y de gestión. En las Jornadas de Atención Primaria, compartiremos experiencias y unificaremos criterios de trabajo, amparados en el cambio del modelo de salud, que hoy esta enfocado hacia la prevención y promoción.

Welcomes to the official site of XV the Chilean Congress of Medical Technology, organized by the Medical Technologists College of Chile and that will be realised in the Santiago of Chile city, in July 15th to 17th of 2010.

This is, the scientific activity but important that it reunites to the professional Medical Technologists of the country, where besides sharing our experiences in clinical basic investigation and, we will be useful to discuss to the present and future of our profession. In this opportunity, we will develop at the same time as the Congress two important events: the V Pan-American Encounter of Medical Technologists and II Primary Attention in Health Journey.

The scientific program of the three events, would approach the investigation and the development of new technologies, that help in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and recovery of the health. In the cross-sectional conferences of the Congress, we will analyze the diseases with greater prevalence, an integral glance to traverse the different specialties of the Medical Technology and putting like center from our attention the patient. Pan-American Encounter, will be the opportunity to treat the professional formation in the continent and to obtain agreements of scientific, clinical cooperation and of management. In the Primary Attention Journey, we will share experiences and unify work criteria, protected in the change of the health model, that today this focused towards the prevention and promotion.
